When the goal is a more prepared culture within an organization, relationship building is essential to achieving buy-in, meeting the needs of the people, and developing trust in the process and the mission.

Scott Berg joined the Walt Disney Company in 2013 after three decades in the Fire Service. During his career Scott served in both the cities of Victorville and Anaheim. He progressed through the ranks experiencing all facets of the organizations including firefighting, emergency medical response, hazardous materials, technical rescue, terrorism prevention and response, emergency preparedness, and mitigation planning. Scott lead the City of Anaheim Emergency Operations Center and Homeland Security Bureau while in the positions of Division Chief and Deputy Fire Chief. Currently in the role of Director of Security and Emergency Services he leads the Emergency Management/Preparedness, Fire Department, Guest Health, Emergency Communications and Security Teams at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.
